Additional Notes

Home is available for immediate occupancy. Trophy Club is considered a golf cart community and is a very, very highly sought after and family friendly town. The schools are amazing, the neighbors are great, the amenities are well kept. It is convenient to Roanoke with its wonderful dining options, Southlake with its shopping options, as well as only 20 minutes from DFW International Airport. The house itself has been wonderful for allowing plenty of space to each of its occupants, but also providing an amazing space for many wonderful gatherings. You truly will not find a better home in a better community.
